About Willow Wellbeing

You are safe here. You will be deeply listened to.

At Willow Wellbeing, we blend the warmth of luxury wellness with the rigor of modern, evidence-based psychology. Our goal is to provide an environment that feels profoundly safe, entirely confidential, and deeply hopeful.

The name "Willow" is intentional. In nature, the willow tree is known for its remarkable ability to bend in the fiercest of storms without breaking. It survives—and thrives—because of its deep roots and profound flexibility. We believe the human mind possesses this exact same resilience. Adversity, stress, and trauma are natural parts of the human experience, but you do not have to navigate the storm alone.

We are here to help you cultivate that flexibility, understand your unique emotional landscape, and guide you towards a place of lasting peace.

What We Treat

Comprehensive, Tailored Services

Mental health is not one-size-fits-all. We draw upon an integrative approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centred techniques to address your specific challenges.

Anxiety & Panic

Anxiety can feel paralyzing and exhausting. We provide practical, evidence-based tools to help you manage overwhelming racing thoughts, calm your activated nervous system, and regain a sense of control and peace in your daily life.

Depression & Low Mood

Depression often feels like navigating through a heavy fog. With compassionate, non-judgmental support, we will work collaboratively to understand the root causes and slowly discover new pathways to hope, energy, and joy.

Relationship Issues

Whether you are dealing with frequent communication breakdowns, trust issues, navigating a difficult breakup, or simply feeling disconnected from your partner, therapy provides a neutral, safe space to process complex emotions.

The Willow Standard

Deeply Compassionate Care

Therapy can only be effective if you feel safe. We approach every single session with warmth, genuine curiosity, and radical empathy. You will never be treated as just a case file or a diagnosis; you are a whole person deserving of respect.

Evidence-Based Excellence

While our bedside manner is holistic and warm, our interventions are highly clinical. Our methodologies are firmly grounded in the latest psychological research and proven clinical frameworks, ensuring you receive the highest standard of care.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question that isn't answered here, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

How long does a session last?
A standard therapy session lasts exactly 50 minutes. This provides 10 minutes at the end of the hour for the therapist to write clinical notes. The initial telephone consultation, if requested, is a brief 15-minute introductory chat.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, absolutely. We offer secure, highly confidential online therapy sessions via encrypted platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. This makes our services accessible to anyone living within the UK, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home.
Is everything I say completely confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is the fundamental cornerstone of our online practiceal practice. Information is only ever shared if there is a legal requirement to do so, or if there is an immediate, severe risk of harm to yourself or someone else. We will discuss this agreement in full detail during your very first session.
